This tailgating journey started when the Los Angeles Rams moved back to Los Angeles and played in the LA Coliseum in 2016 while the new stadium was being built. Although "Sofire Tailgating" had yet to be named, we have always enjoyed coming up with new and exciting menu items that would set our food apart. Along with newly made friends, we came up with and collaborated new and innovative ideas and unknowingly built a reputation within the Rams fans family or "Ramily" as a place to enjoy great food and fun. I've always enjoyed cooking and what better way to do it, than during the tailgates!

In 2020, when Rams finally were able to move into and play at their new home named Sofi Stadium, that is when the name Sofire Tailgating became official. We have consistently created and more often than not, set the benchmark and raised the bar on what foods you can actually prepare and serve while having a great time at a tailgate. We welcome all fans from all teams to eat, drink and have a great time prior to kickoff.
