Tailgate Connect® Terms & Conditions

All Sales Are Final.
By purchasing tickets and/or attending the tailgate, you and all parties attending understand and agree with the following terms and conditions:
1. Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

The host did not show up (or canceled) due to acts of God (e.g., natural disasters) and similar unforeseen circumstances completely beyond the parties’ control).

The host moved the tailgate location and guests were not informed of the new location.
-
The tailgate was materially different from what was advertised (e.g., food and beverages were not provided as part of the ticket).
-
A guest cancels at least 72 hours in advance (a service fee will apply to the customer).
2. Non-Refundable Situations:

All other sales are final. By purchasing tickets, you agree not to dispute the charges with your bank or credit card company.

Tickets are for the pre-game tailgate only and do not include admission to the football game or parking.

Tickets are transferable and may be used by others.
Code of Conduct
The following actions are prohibited at all Tailgate Connect® events and apply to all attendees:

Fighting, taunting, or any action that may harm, endanger, threaten, or discomfort others.

Supplying alcoholic beverages to impaired adults or minors.
-
Failure to follow the directions of tailgate staff or parking lot attendants.
-
Actions that impair others' ability to enjoy the tailgate, including mistreatment of fans, verbal abuse, harassment, profanity, confrontation, intimidation, or threatening behavior.

Disruption, unsafe behavior, or interference with the tailgate or its personnel.
-
Damage, destruction, or vandalism of any kind, including parking lot surfaces, utility areas, and all green spaces.

Theft, including providing drinks/food to persons outside the tailgate.
-
Possession of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia.
-
Irresponsible use of alcohol.
-
Smoking under the canopies.
-
Throwing footballs or other items in crowded spaces.
-
Failure to carry proper ID when consuming alcoholic beverages.

Selling or vending products without consent.
-
Possession or use of fireworks.
-
Public urination or defecation.
Consequences: Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the premises, revocation of future tailgating privileges, legal action, arrest, and embarrassment. The local Tailgate Host Staff has the final authority on Code of Conduct enforcement.
Zero-Tolerance Harassment Policy
In the event of any issues on the day of your event, Tailgate Connect® will make every effort to assist you, such as providing information on tailgate location and timing, which is also included in your confirmation email. Tailgate Connect® maintains a zero-tolerance policy for threatening, accusatory, defamatory, or otherwise harassing conduct or language, whether in-person or via phone, text, email or any other written or verbal form (collectively, “Harassment”). Our No Harassment Policy includes any one-time or repeated unwanted physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct that violates a person’s dignity or appears designed to intimidate, threaten, or degrade Tailgate Connect, its employees, its representatives, or any hosts. If we determine based on our own judgment that communication or conduct violates our No-Harassment Policy,, we will immediately terminate all such communications with any such individual. You expressly acknowledge your agreement to abide by Tailgate Connect’s No Harassment Policy. We value constructive feedback and respectful communication, as our role is to connect you with affiliated events that we do not own or operate.
Image & Likeness Release
By entering the tailgate, you consent to your image and likeness being used, without compensation, in films, photographs, and tapes for use in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity. You release Tailgate Connect®, its employees, agents, officers, directors, and successors to each of them, as well as any and all affiliated partners, sponsors, assignees and licensees (including their respective employees, agents, officers, and directors) from any and all liability or claims whatsoever, under any law, arising from or relating to the use of your image and likeness, including for commercial purposes, in advertising and marketing materials.
Release and Waiver
You hereby release, waive, and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against Tailgate Connect®, its employees, agents, officers, directors, and successors to each of them, as well as to any and all of its affiliated partners, sponsors, assignees and licensees (including their respective employees, agents, officer directors, volunteers, and agents) (collectively, "Released Parties"), to the fullest extent permissible by law. This includes, but is not limited to, damages or losses caused by negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part any of the Released Parties, including death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss, or loss or damage to property.
Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge and understand the following:

Participation may include possible exposure to illness, including COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death does exist.

You knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, even if arising from the negligence or fault of the Released Parties.

You assume the risk of injury, harm, and loss associated with the activity, including any caused by the negligence or fault of any of the Released Parties.
Medical Acknowledgment and Release
You acknowledge the health risks associated with the activity, including but not limited to transient dizziness, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains, heart attack, stroke, or sudden death. You agree to discontinue participation immediately and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience any of these or other symptoms.
Terms of Service
Your participation in this tailgate represents your understanding, agreement, and adherence to the following:

The tailgating area is subject to special terms and conditions, including but not limited to: No selling or vending of items on-site. No permanent markings on any surface.

Tailgate Connect® is not liable for damage that occurs to persons or property caused by negligence or acts of God.

You agree to adhere to the tailgate Code of Conduct posted at the tailgate and online. The Tailgate Host reserves the right to remove you from the premises and/or cease service without refund for any reason, legally permitted.

You must have a ticket to enter. All funds collected are for entry to the event only. Alcoholic beverages are available to any non-impaired adult who requests them, per applicable laws and regulations. The exception being a Tailgate that does not offer alcoholic beverages.

Tailgate Connect® is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Tailgate Connect® may amend these Terms of Service at any time, and it is your responsibility to review changes before participating in any event.
Release and Indemnity
Guests release and forever discharge Tailgate Connect® and each and every one of the Released Parties, from any and all claims arising from or in connection with the tailgate. Guests will indemnify, defend and hold the Released Parties harmless from and against any claims, demands, or lawsuits of any kind made against any such Released Parties,, including any damages, costs, expenses, interest, penalties, and reasonable attorney's fees, that may arise.
